Travegent was founded in 1990 by Sachitra Kumar Mohapatra, a passionate traveller who believed that planning a holiday should be as joyful as the trip itself. After years of watching families struggle with complicated itineraries and unreliable transfers, he set out to create something different.
Today, Travegent is a team of 25 travel specialists, local guides, and logistics experts spread across India and Southeast Asia. We've helped over 10,000 families and couples create memories that last a lifetime.
What sets us apart is our obsession with the details. We don't just book travel and hotels — we curate every moment, from the driver who knows the best roadside chai stall to the restaurant with the perfect sunset view.
